We came to Carlota on the LES for their happy hour and the $1 oysters, tapas, wine, and sangria were all delicious at such a great price! Happy hour is Wed-Sat 5-7pm and all day Sun & Tues....

If you're ever in the LES, this place is a MUST. Oysters, patatas bravas & a pitcher of their sangria (all on happy hour, you'll thank me later). Definitely a spot to try if you haven't!
