They, mainly the Dr... are rude as F***. "Caring" For Cats does not care anymore. It's just a job to Dr Arnold and every pet & person is just a number. She is as cold as a veterinarian can be.

They are not accepting new clients for veterinary appointments. I have already tried a couple of times, to no avail. If you're not already a client, save yourself a phone call.
