Completely incompetent, always canceling orders after the delivery window starts and tells you to reschedule. They used to be amazing but the last couple years they have gone so down hill.

Always order my meds on the app for delivery. Very efficient and clear on the cost of meds. They deliver it to my home in the Bronx without any issues
