Very slow to prepare returns, staff is careless with forms and unhelpful, preparer overlooked detail and had to re-run return, expensive, unprofessional.

This office is very unhelpful. Will not respond to multiple emails. Will charge you $25 for a copy of your tax returns. Do not recommend.
