Building Block Developmental Pre-School

Building Blocks Developmental Preschool is an early childhood center that has been dedicated to enhancing the development of children up to the age of 5 for more than 25 years in Commack, N.Y. Its academic curriculum is aligned with the New York State Department of Education Learning Standards and is enhanced by physical education, music and computer literacy activities. The center offers several extracurricular activities, including field trips, pumpkin picking, visit from the fire department and special performances. Building Blocks Developmental Preschool offers comprehensive programs and services, including regular and special education; speech, physical and occupational therapies; family training; and evaluation services to meet the special needs of children. Its specialized services are offered through a variety of different programs, including Mommy & Me, Toddler Groups, Preschool Classes, Related Services, Special Education Itinerant Teachers and EI & Preschool Autism Program.
