Western Regional Off Track Betting Corporation

Western Regional Off-Track Betting operates a telephone betting center and 38 off-track betting locations in Western New York. The company is a public benefit corporation with a non-profit charter located in an area comprised of 15 western counties of New York State and the two New York cities of Buffalo and Rochester.
