History

Brooklyn Grain was founded in June 2014 by photographers Ebru Yildiz & Mitchell King. Frustrated in the lack of area studios offering high quality and affordability they created their own working space and quickly began renting it to others. The studio expanded into larger facilities in June 2016 offering two spaces more specialized and unique than the typical white-box studio.

Specialties

Located at the northern tip of Greenpoint, Brooklyn Grain offers two dedicated and unique photo studios for rent featuring a full cyclorama, unobstructed daylight, vintage furnishings, and equipment rental in a completely distinctive environment.
