Very open, but quaint and quiet. Most unique flavor of honey I ever tried. Like cardamom and sweet and spicy honey...very tasty.

We had such fun doing the honey tasting event. Brent was knowledgeable and in tune with our level of interest. The honey tasting was eye opening and of course we bought some honey to take home....
