Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is the region's largest provider of long term care, short term rehabilitation, Alzheimers or dementia care, and adult day health care, conveniently located in Horseheads, NY. We have been serving the local community since 1965. We employ approximately 500 employees and care for over 300 people daily.

Good Shepherd-Fairview Home, located in Binghamton, N.Y., is a multi-level retirement community that offers housing to more than 200 residents. It features a dining room, library, lounge areas and a variety of entertainment activities. The Home s continuing care options include independent apartments, an adult care facility and a skilled nursing facility. These occupy three separate wings in a single community residence. The apartment wing has 39 independent living units with a living room, full kitchen and bath and one or two bedrooms. The adult care facility has 83 private rooms, each with a bath with shower. It is certified by the New York State Department of Health and participates in the Supplemental Security Income Program. The nursing facility is a licensed residential health care facility and is certified by the Department of Health. Good Shepherd was formed as the result of a merger in 1968 of two smaller homes: The House of the Good Shepherd, founded in 1870; and the Fairview Home, founded in 1891 as the Home for Aged Women.
