History

Established in 2002, on East 6th street between 1st and 2nd Avenue in the middle of 27 Bengali(Bangladeshi) Indian restaurants. Just the Bangla town on the East end of London called Bricklane. Hence the name Bricklane Curry House. In 2014 after 12 successful years on 6th street Bricklan East Village moved to a bigger and better location on the Avenue, but just half a block away. It's new home has side walk seating, better and bigger dining room, more roomy and extremely more visible due to its location on 2nd Avenue between 5th street and 6th street.
