Michelle Adams, RPA-C , originally from Dothan, Alabama has been in the field of ophthalmology since 1991 when she began as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and Surgical Assistant. She currently examines routine clinical patients and assists specialty physicians in surgery at Long Island Eye Surgical Care and Long Island Ambulatory Surgery Center in Brentwood, New York. She provides care for patients in Suffolk County, Long Island at the SightMD offices in Brentwood and Hauppauge.

Surajit Saha, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal disease. In addition, he provides care for patients with dry eye, diabetes, and glaucoma. He went to college at Harvard University and earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2010. Dr. Saha graduated from his residency in ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2014. He then completed a fellowship in cornea and LASIK surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in 2015, where he received advanced training in cutting-edge corneal surgery techniques. Dr. Saha’s passion as an ophthalmologist is to enhance his patients’ vision and quality of life. For his cataract surgery patients, Dr. Saha customizes treatment plans for each patient, drawing on his extensive experience with the femtosecond laser and advanced lens implants. He specializes in the use of toric lenses, multifocal lenses such as the PanOptix and Envy, and the Light Adjustable Lens. Every year, when new lens implants are released, Dr. Saha is among the first surgeons in New York to offer it to patients. Patients who are interested in vision correction surgery will get personalized recommendations regarding LASIK or PRK using the best and safest laser technology. Patients who are not candidates for LASIK can still be free of glasses because Dr. Saha also specializes in clear lens exchange surgery. Dr. Saha will be happy to discuss your options with you. Dr. Saha enjoys spending his free time with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
