It offers a private, confidential, safe outlet for self-discovery. However, in cases of marriage and family problems, it is often beneficial to include family members in the therapy process. Group, family and couples sessions are available in addition to individual therapy. You may only need a few sessions to resolve your issues. For others, longer therapy may be beneficial. Rest assured that the length and scope of therapy is tailored to your individual needs. FACTS Counseling offers afternoon, evening and Saturday hours when necessary. New clients are contacted within 24 hours of their initial call. Flexible payment plans are also available on a case by case basis. Progress in therapy is best accomplished when a person feels comfortable in your office, and they feel that the therapist is open-minded, flexible, and compassionate. I view my work with clients as a partnership in change. I am not a listening, note-taking, laid-back therapist. My clients leave therapy with tools, options and possibilities they have not previously known.
