History

We are a small family run business located in the Mohawk valley. Our goal is to supply great food at a reasonable price. We offer maple pulled pork, beef brisket, pork ribs, and our famous bbq chicken . We also have delicious sides that compliment all of our dinners. We also do desserts.

Specialties

We offer catering for any event big or small. All of our meats are prepared by using select wood choices to make that nice smoke flavor tantalize your taste buds
