Bona Bona is founded by Chopped Chef Champion Nick DiBona. It started as a small batch, homemade ice cream that was available at food festivals and private events from our truck or cart. Our Port Chester location is our flagship dessert bar serving a selection of seasonal ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes and desserts. Plus wine and beer.
