I would give Mike, of Bolt Locksmith, 0 stars if I could. Our apt door handle/lock broke. He removed it and installed a deadbolt ($555.00). After saying he would order a new handle/lock he did not...

worst experience I had the guy was obnoxious and not helpfup..he gave me a wrong lock and when I tried to return he said no exchange he admitted he gave me the wrong lock he said it was cheap...
