Old reliable. We've been going there for years whenwver we visit the east end. Clean with a good mix of basic free weights and machines. No 'tude no loud music just a comfortable local gym

The worst gym I've ever been to. Expensive day passes for poor equipment and ambience. Everyone there seemed to just be going through the motions.
