A long time chocolate enthusiast & amateur pastry chef, I found my passion during a brief stage working for a Buffalo based chocolate manufacturer. 3 years of study & endless night developing recipes lead to the decision to start this company. We offer elegant hand painted truffles for the gift market or private events, focusing on uncommon flavor profiles, often based on classic European desserts.
