Ugh even a blue bottle has inattentive staff. Can't tell a difference between for here and to go order. And why is there no water as a matter of course?

Lame. The staff was more concerned about prepping for close in 20 minutes and they screwed up our order twice. Paid for a 16oz, they claimed we paid for a 12oz. My receipt shows they didn't care...
