History

Jeffrey and Carolyn first opened their gym in 2018; like every small business, we struggled and re-invented ourselves through the years 2020-2022. We re-opened now offering variety of 1-1 training including jiu-jitsu, gymnastics, aerial hammock yoga, and mobility training for martial artists and endurance athletes.

Blackbelt Mindset NYC Social Club is founded by BJJ blackbelt Jeffrey Gallardo who is on a mission to promote and bring awareness to men's mental health. Him and his life partner, Carolyn Gallardo, believe habitual exercise and a supportive community will conquer depression and other mental health conditions. Our variety of classes make it your one stop training facility for martial artists and endurance athletes.
