Not my favorite bagel. It's wood fired which probably means high heat quick bake. I find most wood fired bagels are not my cup of tea cuz it leads to a chewy but low density and not a fluffy...

The bagels are great but not worth a 30 min wait for almond butter bagel when there's no crowd especially when there's so many other choices at Chelsea Market.
