History

Our first location was open in 2012 in Brooklyn, continued with a summer location at Jersey Shore, and Flatiron location. We have been successfully providing a variety of private lessons as well as group classes with different exercises that are modified in range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced levels. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
