2 Friends from Flint, Michigan moved to NYC. One had the desire to be a chef, the other a visual artist. In 2010 they decided to put their talents together and formed BITEME cheesecakes. Since then, people from all across the world head to brooklyn to get a taste what Ina garten, Martha Stewart and Oprah already knows... One bite is all it takes to get hooked! Go ahead, BITEME!

We tried two, the apple bacon and the blueberry. Both good quality and enough to satisfy a sweet craving and leave room in your stomach for everything else.

They said to me when I first went to them that they were better than Juniors. I never thought I would say it but ......... for me they are. Lil morsels of cheesecake with a cookie crumb crust....
