Bien Cuit is a new bakery offering fresh, house-baked pastries and breads, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and coffee drinks. Owner Zachary Golper, formerly of Le Bec-Fin, bakes these beautiful breads using the traditional, small-batch approach and many locally sourced ingredients.

Don't buy the stolen! It was over-baked and dry. It was also unproofed. As a baker for over 30 years and having made stolen myself, this was not stolen. Stay away.
