Pam provides a great men's scissor-cut for a mere $15. She also does women's hair, including perms, coloring, etc. This is the top salon in Delhi, and I don't mean India.

Pam is the best. She asks your opinion on everything she does. I would never go anyplace else!!! Beautiful Salon which is immaculate!
