History

Experienced educator who has turned a passion for wine, spirits and food into a vocation. Over forty years of adventurous travel, drinking, eating and cooking a wide variety of cuisines enables me to teach what I love; my goal is to pair wine with food in a way that can be understood by anyone. Commercial or private sommelier services, wine dinners and focused tasting events for organizations as fundraisers, industry tasting seminars, corporate team building, home wine/spirits classes, restaurant server training for increased sales, food focused wine list development as well as mystery dining reports are available at reasonable cost. I sell only my services.
