Ben Fleisher, L.Ac., C.Z.B.

History

Ben graduated from Hampshire College with a focus on the integration of Buddhist philosophy and western theories of developmental psychology. He continued his study with a training in massage therapy in Boulder, Colorado, Zero Balancing in NYC with Michael Oruch and Fritz Smith, and, finally, in Acupuncture at Tri-State College of Acupuncture. Licensed in 2010, Ben brings his background with buddhist studies and yoga to his acupuncture treatments, straddling eastern and western approaches to the body and healing.

Ben Fleisher graduated from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in 2010, was certified in Zero Balancing in 2007, and graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2002. His background in Buddhist studies, various schools of psychology, yoga and meditation has empowered his mind body approach to healing. He is a new father (Aviva was born on April 5, 2014), an entrepreneur (he is a Co-Founder of Body Local in NYC), and a Woodstock native.
