We are a New York State Farm Meadery located in South Wales/Holland, NY. Our meads are handcrafted in small batches using 100% New York State honey. We take the delicacy of traditional mead making and added our own twist on the ancient beverage creating something unique to be enjoyed no matter your taste preference. We love experimenting with mead to produce our own unique flavors that you will not find anywhere else!
