History

Becky's Bites began one hungry evening in a bite-sized kitchen in New York. Inspired by her love of baking and craving for an indulgent snack, Becky whipped up her first batch of-and now signature- chocolate dipped cream cheese bites. Ever since that serendipitous night, Becky has been inspired by cream cheese: a household staple that doesn't have to be so ordinary. After all, cream cheese is New York's secret ingredient (re: bagels and cheesecake). Locking herself up in her test kitchen, Becky has perfected fancifully flavored and decadently delicious spreads and bites all based on the beloved classic. Now with the help of Richie, her husband, business partner and co-visionary, she has been able to bring Becky's Bites to you. Launching her first brick and mortar shop in the East Village of Manhattan, Becky now serves a variety of noshes & desserts, including spreads, bagels, tarts, cookie sandwiches, chocolates & more! #BiteMe

All of Beckys bites are hand crafted in New York, starting with her cream cheese which is sourced from the Hudson Valley.
