horrible service! received a treatment then when leaving I asked if it's okay if my daughter who's 3 takes a pee. the lady made a nasty face n refused my daughter from using the bathroom ! !!!

Lady who thread my eyebrows made them too thin after I gave instructions to maintain shape and just take out excess strands. Otherwise was fine if you don't like the natural look. Technician also...

Eyebrows were threaded *very* aggressively, and it was horribly "shaped" and totally uneven. Never going back here. No idea how the others are giving it 5 stars. Maybe I just got a bad person, but...
