History

I have been a yoga teacher in the area for 5 years and have been quietly building an army of peaceful warriors. After teaching at many studios and gyms (and maintaining positive relationships with all of them to support the larger community) I felt that it was time to have a home base to spread my particular brand of yoga which is an eclectic mix of all of the beautiful teachers and lineages I've had the good fortune to study with.
