Dont even compare them to the Big 4. They are not even as good as GT or RSM. They will send proposals to any job in any industry even if they do not have the industry expertise.

Human resources department in NYC is a joke. Don't think about working in the HR NY office. No communication, terrible work environment and no direction or strategy.
