They refused to make me a mint chip large shake with almond milk. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told she was not there that day. They said this rule was made by their manager ERICA....

Where are the 31 flavors? I wanted a selection and there were about 20 to choose from. I ordered the pumpkin flavor which was out of this world but I still feel deceived about the 31 Flavors.
