I don't recommend. Barrier beach is the worst management company I ever dealt with. Didn't respond in a timely matter never pick up and his representatives never knew anything.

They over promise and under deliver. The owner Jamie will sell you the moon and stars while providing none of what he promises. Their management style is akin to Dr. Kevorkian's health care style....
