The staff was so polite and kind. I purchased a book about mystery and thriller and the book was not expensive in my opinion $19.55 love this place now!!!!!

Customer service is non-existent. Waited for 30 minutes getting them. Yelled at for walking up escalators.

Nice clean store! Staff are always very helpful and willing to help. If you can't find a book, they'll find it for you. I love that bookstore smell
