I had to make a quick run to deposit a check for my company! I walk in and they have only 3 people on the line, i suddenly got so happy, because it was my lunch time and i still had to run few...

Staff at this branch is abysmal. They couldn't handle basic services and at times miss-guide you. They don't care either since BofA won't take any action. What a shit show.

This is just an ATM Vestibule. There is so no other banking services here. It has a pretty big awning so not hard to spot when you're on Lexington Ave. I was closeby on the way to the subway...
