Bank of America auto phone system for credit cards is horrendous-they refuse to connect you to live agent-they hang up on you-I had to ask for dispute dept. to get live person-then be transferred...

if I could give -1 star I would. absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Lady that helped me Alison is one of the nastiest most condescending people I have ever had to deal with at a bank.
