This Bank of America has no notary service, which is quite unfortunate. And they cannot tell me what other bank for sure has notary service

Awful is an understatement, Whenever I go to this bank the wait is usually 10x's longer then what it should be , never enough cashiers, no urgency to pick up the pace , I think I will start paying...
