Originally built as a private residence in 1840, the Avon Inn has recently been renovated and is home to 14 hotel rooms with private baths. There is an onsite restaurant for guests and locals that serves dinners nightly ( except Mondays) from 4pm-9pm.

Well, hard to review this restaurant. It's located in an old historic Inn and it looks well preserved. And thankfully it has central air conditioning as we came here for dinner on a wickedly hot...

I have been to many hotels, Diamond member with Hilton, always heard about the Avon inn because I passed by it for work for 2 years. They were closed and bringing it back to be more original....
