Owners JoLeen Benincasa and Patricia D'Arpino,childhood friends, opened Avanti in 1987 after working as hairstylists for 9 years.The salon location was relocated and expanded in 1991 to it's present location in Guilderland. The salon has 16 hairstylists and 1 nail technician.
