August Martin High School

Operational since 1971, August Martin High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its educational programs include instruction in science, mathematics, English and social studies. The school also provides physical education, music and art classes. August Martin High School s sports programs include basketball, volleyball, tennis, handball, softball, soccer and football. It offers advanced placement courses in the areas of business, law, medical and aerospace technologies, and communication and culinary arts. August Martin High School provides foreign language classes in French, Italian and Spanish. The school administers a parent-teacher association and student organization. It additionally offers special education programs for disabled students.
