I had a bad experience with the one of the office staff members. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. And the woman that answered was horribly rude to me and yelling at me....

The center itself is great. HOWEVER the entrance is not handicap friendly. Extremely steep stairs and the only "ramp" is equally steep.
