Not bad grab and go food at LaGuardia. So... There aren't many options here. In fact this is almost the only one. If you have a choice, I would encourage you to eat before you get here....

Worse coffee, I don't understand how a Brand like this don't offer almond milk and honey or brown sugar, for their capuchino and coffees. Capuchino didn't taste like it neither.
