Ms. Silvia Delgado completed both her undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science Nurse Practitioner Degree from Columbia University. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).Ms. Delgado was previously a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for five years. She worked in San Antonio, Texas where she focused on taking care of refugees and immigrant children. After two years, Ms. Delgado came back to New York City and transitioned to a practice treating patients from birth to 18 years of age. That year, she also received a Distinguished Housestaff Award and from 2006-2007, she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Abramson also serves as the Nanette Laitman Clinical Scholar in Healthcare Policy and Research/Quality of Care Research.
