HistoryAdvantage Solutions Plus, Incorporated started out as TAM Recoveries Incorporated in 1992. It was founded by the late, Richard Tamburino. Richard started TAM Recoveries, Inc., and quickly built a name for himself and his company as one of the most highly respected companies in his area. Two major clients that have been in the TAM Recoveries family and are continued clients today are: Educational & Governmental Employees Federal Credit Union and Academic Federal Credit Union. Richard took pride in the fact that his company was unlike any other debt collection agency. Richard knew that people would often fall on hard times financially and he made it is his goal to help out as many people as he could with his debt collection practices. Fast-forward to today and TAM Recoveries, Incorporated has been renamed to Advantage Solutions Plus Incorporated. Headed by his son-in-law, Michael J.
