There are so many ways in which technology can make people's lives more secure and efficient. Ask Rich is also about bringing people closer together digitally, but in a safe, efficient, and secure manner. It is meant to be a place where no techie question is too silly to ask, and personal time and care matter regardless of how much or how little experience a client may have. Ask Rich is about helping clients gain some peace of mind in this digital world that can seem too complex, too confusing and leaves so many feeling vulnerable each day. I believe I have something to offer others, not to radically change their daily lives and cure our shared anxieties with this digital world we live in, but it is simply to help navigate it in a way that hopefully puts some people at ease one step at a time. I am interested in arming people with as much technical know-how as I can give, so that they can continue to feel confident about the ways in which they use technology today and in the future.
