Smartvoice is a Scholarly Journal, whereas Cartvoice is when you overload your shopping trolley at Wegmans and it starts complaining to you. However this is not that. This is a free publication...

I love that Buffalo has this free newspaper focusing on the Arts around town. The articles are left leaning as the other reviewer mentions. But who cares? Don't red them if you don't want to....
