I have built homes, renovated homes, wired homes, wired swimming pools, inspected for lead paint, inspected wells, septic tanks, tested for Radon, went to school for Radon Mitigation, inspected new and old homes. I am also an electrical inspector, I do electrical inspections on residential and commercial properties 5 days a week. The number one statement made to me when people find out I am also a home inspector is I wish I knew that before I bought my house. The home inspector I hired missed the crack in the foundation, the bad wiring, the leak around the chimney, the rotted sill plate, the rotted floor joist, the wrapped windows and doors.
