Dr. Arith Reyes is a board-certified surgeon specializing in breast cancer and benign breast diseases. She practices at Columbia University Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester. She performs all aspects of breast surgery including breast conservation (lumpectomy), mastectomy, nipple-sparing mastectomy, and axillary lymph node procedures. Dr. Reyes graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. She then underwent residency training in general surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. His original research has been published in top journals in his specialty, including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, European Heart Journal, Journal of the American Medical Association, Circulation Interventions, and JACC Interventions, among others. He frequently lectures at national meetings, including the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
