History

In 2008, when I was teaching Junior High in Japan I was looking for part-time work on weekends. A friend introduced me to a wedding planner who agreed to hire me to conduct wedding ceremonies in Japanese throughout central Japan. For the next four and a half years I spent every weekend traveling around the countryside of Japan conducting hundreds of wedding ceremonies, all in Japanese. When I returned to the USA in 2013 I decided to continue conducting weddings and it quickly grew into a business. I realized that if I could do weddings in Japanese, then I could do them in Spanish, Italian and French - three languages which I had studied to some extent. Having been trained in customer service in Japan, and having the ability to conduct weddings in multiple languages, is what has allowed my business to grow.

Specialties

I am an ordained wedding officiant, registered with New York City. I perform legal wedding ceremonies in New York State and New Jersey. I conduct ceremonies in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Japanese. I also offer a pre-wedding consult to review ceremony details. I have a large database of other wedding professionals to create a wonderful day.
