Berkshire Communicators, based in Pittsfield, Mass., offers telephone answering, voice mail and paging services. The company has been operational for more than 60 years and employs over 25 individuals. With its advanced computer aided telemessaging system, Berkshire can process more than 3,000 calls per week. Its state-of-the-art Central Alarm Monitoring Station is staffed 24-hours and seven-days a week including backup with a redundant system.
